*** Mama’s Cook Book ***

This cookbook is a small collection of recipes I have accumulated over the years. Some them or from my mom, some from the cook books I got from her when she passed and some of them are ones that I found on the web and adjusted to my liking.

While the title will make you think all of these recipes are my mom’s, many are not. Even the one’s labeled as may or may not be from her. I try to give credit where credit is due for each recipe.

I am dedicating this cookbook to my mom, Coletta Kathleen Croft. I credit her with planting the seed that became my love for cooking and exploring new foods. Most of my siblings will remember me as the eater, but only because I wouldn’t eat many of the disgusting foods they would. There are some that I still won’t eat.
